Birthday Time

A couple of weeks ago Kailey had her 9th birthday!  I love to watch her growing up and at the same time I hate it.  Kailey holds a special place with me.  Maybe it because she is my first and I get to go through every new road with her before the others.  I love watching her interact with her family and friends...she is so kind to others and a great example to me.  I love you Kailey!!

Here are 9 things we all love about Kailey:

1. Her imagination.  She comes home from school and doodles all over her papers...she has a picture for everything:)

2. Her Obedience.  She is always the first to say "OK!"  And usually content to help.

3.  Her kind heart.  Kailey is always a friend to everyone.  She is always telling me of meeting a new friend at school...usually someone who has just moved in and could really use a friend.

4. Her Talents.  She is getting really good at the piano and her ballet.  I love to watch her dance!

5. She is so Content!  Kailey is good at just doing "whatever."  She loves to just find a good book and a corner to read in. 

6. Her Sarcasm!  Okay, she totally gets this from her dad.  Most of the time she is pretty funny, and sometimes she just laughs at herself!

7.  Her good habits. Kailey is always up at 6:00 to read her scriptures for 30 min. and she always does this without me telling her...sometimes she is waking me up!

8.  Her laugh.  Kailey is so very ticklish and loves to have a good time.

9.  That she is my daughter!!
