Deer in the headlights.....literally

 So this is what happens when you go with you husband to visit a scout troop in the mountains and bring them ice cream.  What a kind thought, right??  Well, on our way home a big buck was determined to cross the road in front of us and this is what the result was.....

Not too bad in the end.  Yes. Insurance does cover deer accidents.  Whew!  Cause the total damage the insurance paid in $$ was 80% of what our pickup is worth. 

Good adventure.  Interesting date night...
